If I could give them 10 stars I would. Seriously don't go anywhere else to get your electronics fixed. Wood computer is by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received

I broke my laptop right before the most important work trip of my life. After evaluating other shops, Wood Computer had the best rate and turnover time over everyone else. They constantly kept me updated and went into specific details on why my laptop wasn't working.

They do pickups and drop offs and even worked after 7 to ensure my screen was fixed in order for me to have it for my trip. I can't thank them enough!! They deserve all the business they can get. Will be recommending them to everyone!!!

They were able to pick up and drop off, the repair was quick, and 6 months later my Macbook Air trackpad is still working beautifully.

My MacBook crapped out on me and I was frantic to repair it ASAP because I use it daily for my remote job. The guys at Wood fixed my laptop crazy fast and it was also way cheaper than expected! Anytime I need help with my computer I will always use them. Truly life savers!

They diagnosed and fixed a problem that stumped Apple tech support, and did it quickly, cheaply, and conveniently.

After 90min on the phone with Apple, still unable to even determine whether a strange keyboard issue was a hardware or software problem, their next suggestion was to reformat my entire SSD... to which we said, yea not doing that. Their estimate to bring it in for repairs was $700. Yea not doing that either.

I researched quite a bit on Yelp. Wood is new on the scene, but something told me to take a chance on them, and I'm SO glad I listened to that intuition.

They picked it up, diagnosed and fixed it, and returned it to us, all within a few hours, on a Friday, for under $100--a half to a quarter of the quotes I was getting from other repair shops.

They're friendly, attentive, and haven't lost the human touch. Highly recommended.

The owner responded right away, and got our computer back to us within a few days. He communicated through the process about the problem and the cost, and delivered exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend!!

I had such a wonderful experience! My touchpad on my MacBook stopped working a couple days before an important interview, they were able to get my laptop back to me in less than 48 hours and kept me updated on the status the whole time! They picked it up and dropped it off at my home for no extra charge. I work from home, so it worked out perfectly and I didn't have to drive over there myself in the middle of my workday. The price was also amazing, some of the other places I looked at charged over $100 for the diagnostic alone, but my total for the diagnostic and repair was $95. We were able to set the whole thing up over yelp messenger in just a few minutes which was convenient for me--I didn't even have to call! I highly recommend, if I ever have problems with my computer in the future I will definitely go to them first!

Utmost professionals & go out of their way for their customers. They are quick to respond and quick to repair. Will be a regular customer going forward for any electronic repair needs.
