      Do NOT use this company! Charged my card and never showed and wouldn't respond to requests for a refund. I spoke with Bri, got an estimate and scheduled recurring services. On the day of the initial clean, I was notified they needed to reschedule. No problem...No one reached out to reschedule and they charged my credit card for the clean! I emailed and texted asking Bri to refund my card with NO response. It has been 3 weeks and I'm now having to dispute the charges on my card. SO frustrating! I highly recommend not providing this company with your card information as it seems others have had the same issue.

      I would say 3.5 stars. I just moved into my house and found it was not professionally cleaned, so I scheduled Two Maids to come do their deep clean before I moved in. I was quoted $550 for my house to be deep cleaned + carpet shampoo. About an hour later I was contacted saying the price was incorrect and that it should've been about $800. Luckily, they honored their original price since it was already booked. The cleaners came at 9 am and finished around 1:30 pm, although the house wasn't what I would consider to be a "deep clean" (there is still soap mildew on the shower door, hair in drain, and the downstairs floor was definitely not fully mopped).

      I see that they offer a "re-clean", so I may ask if I can do that. The cleaners were very nice and seemed to care about their job, but I still found imperfections. They did re-clean the oven racks on the spot because I noticed that they were still dirty.

      Overall, I would say they did a decent job and appreciated that they honored their original price. I do not have experience with anyone else, so I have nothing to compare them to.

      The cleaning done was thorough and efficient. The two maids with their mop scrubbed my apartment from top to bottom. My bathrooms were disinfected and my kitchen spotless. The two maids were so personable and professional. I love this service - they are wonderful!

      Lazy cleaning, bad value. Avoid.

      Used Two Maids & A Mop for a move-in deep clean on our relatively small, EMPTY condo (under 1500 sq. ft). The quality of the $450+ job was so laughably bad that I wont even go into the details since it was easier to point out the small things that WERE cleaned vs. what wasn't. Ended up using another independent maid who did a 10x better job for just $100. Found it frustratingly difficult to get ahold of the office manager to make things right, still haven't been able to speak to them to this day.

      We've been using Two Maids & Mop for over a year now and I can't say enough about the fine ladies that give my wife and I such a wonderful gift, a clean house! I told a friend recently that I wasn't paying someone to clean, I was buying TIME and PEACE. It is so amazing to come home and the house is not just clean, but deep cleaned. You know that clean that makes you want to have friends (or your mother-in-law!) come over for dinner?! The best part is they are always so nice, warm and friendly. Their are dozens of cleaning companies, but none that I want to hug. Highly recommend!

      We scheduled a " deep clean". It's not a deep clean it's a clean with a little extra. High dusting and windows were not done. Baseboards and anything deemed out of sight were not done. Scheduled a "re clean" sent the same people, went over every item still missed things. Had a supervisor come out and look and agreed with us that stuff was missed. No resolution has been offered at this point I would definitely not recommend and we are pursuing ways to get a refund due to the amount of time we have wasted with this service. If you aren't going to do a deep clean don't offer a deep clean.

      My husband hired Two Maids to come and do a deep clean on our house as a birthday present for me. I was sooooo excited, since I have never had this done. We have dogs but our house isn't terrible. But you know how the corners get grimy, it's hard to stay on top of all the details yourself, etc.
      It was clear they did a basic clean, but there was obviously no attention to detail and several items that were listed under the deep clean were missed. Floors were not done, counters not wiped down, they didn't get underneath or behind any of the furniture, windows not cleaned, blinds not wiped, light fixtures not cleaned, there was still crumbs and small pieces of trash around the baseboard in the kitchen, trash not taken out, etc. I was incredibly disappointed to say the least.
      I contacted the company and the manager was very nice and understanding. I sent pictures as requested and she scheduled a "re-clean" so they could get what they missed.
      The "re-clean" was done today and the same cleaners showed up. They asked us to point out what was missed, which I did (although I felt like I shouldn't have to.) To be honest, there was so much missed that I expected a whole re-do.
      They were here for a couple of hours and I had to point things out to them several times. When they left I double checked and the job was still sub-par and I noticed more stuff that they missed the first time.
      The manager is still trying to make it right, but now I feel like I just want a refund and to go with someone else.
      In total, what was supposed to be a pleasant, relaxing birthday present has turned into a total hassle.
      I'd go with someone else if I were you.

      I am going through chemo due to cancer. The beautiful charity Cleaning for a Cause matched me with them and Jacinda the manager. I have left various messages with numerous people and even got a hold of Jacinda ONCE. She promised to call back and even text with her number. Nothing has happened in two months. I get more tired each week and they did not care. I know there is a tax break for them so I am wondering if there is a pattern here. Please do not offer to help those in need of you are not willing to. It was very, very disheartening. I'm hoping they match me with a company that cares. And Jacinda, my phone number is correct you just have not left a message or text me like you promised. That excuse is as old as bricks. This experience is just so upsetting, hope a resolution is found.

      We did the research, read reviews, and were excited to have our first cleaning.
      SO DISAPPOINTING!!! Save your money. The people who came to our house didn't even do as well as our own kids did when they were in elementary school. You could barely tell anyone had been there. They stayed less than two hours, and I'm not sure exactly what they did during that time. The pictures I've attached were AFTER they "cleaned the bathroom".
      And their "pay for performance" feature is a joke. We responded to the survey, shared our concerns, and requested a refund.
      No apology, no acknowledgment, NOTHING from them until a text reminder today about a cleaning Monday. Are you kidding me??? We would get better results from using the $160 as a broom to clean with.
      Watch out for this company, they definitely don't send competent folks out to new customers!
