K&M Steam Cleaning

We called K&M to come clean our dry vent. This team is amazing! Great communication and excellent customer service. The team show up on time and got right to work and know exactly how to handle our particular situation. I felt very confident in the team's ability to get the job done right.

As an added bonus, the owner showed up, Ken and was just a delight to meet and chat with him. I really great that there are still companies like K&M that really value customer service and quality service. Will definitely use K&M again and I highly recommend them for your steam cleaning, vent cleaning and air duct cleaning needs. Oliver

This company has become really dishonest. Or maybe it's just Charlotte? Because this is our first issue in 10+ years... but it has been a wild ride.

They will spend all this time on the phone with you to quote you but then when you prep your house for a carpet cleaning with your furniture all stacked up... and are in a vulnerable state, they won't honor that quote?

My husband worked with Charlotte who quoted us $503 for our service (carpets, rug, 2 chairs, sectional). The workers arrived and said just one sectional, which we told Charlotte about, would be $600 minimum. Not including anything else.

When I told the worker that Charlotte quoted us less than that for the whole service, he called her and without her realizing I could hear their conversation, she confirmed the $503 price but then the worker said it was actually going to be $619?

Charlotte initially quoted us much less if we just did the carpets, rug, and chairs. But then the worker told us it would be $395.

And when we told them we wouldn't pay more than they quoted us, Charlotte told us she'd charge our card a $125 cancelation fee if we don't keep the service at the increased price. Talk about a scam.

Honestly, go anywhere else. You might pay more... but they don't honor their quotes anyway, so it'll all end up the same.

Also, Charlotte called my husband and threatened him with a lawsuit because of my review. She said she had a recording of our conversation that "proves" we are lying. But does she know her worker put her on speaker so I was able to hear the truth?

Did upstairs carpet, 2 couches, and 3 rugs. Needed pet odor elimination on carpet.

I cannot express how professional, thorough Sean and Mason are! They went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Our 5 yr old carpet has come back to life and the pet urine we had on a fairly new rug is gone! Thank you Thank you Thank you Sean and Mason!! Hands down demonstrate the meaning of Teamwork!!

I have used K & M many times over the years (in three different houses) and once again they proved why I am a repeat & loyal customer.

We had K&M Steam Cleaning clean carpeting, upholstery and area carpets in a recently purchased home. They arrived as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a fantastic job. It really made a difference. This is the 2nd time we have used them. The first time was to clean tile flooring and grout. I would highly recommend K&M for your deep cleaning needs.

Love this family-owned & run business, although their new pricing model might need tweaking. Have used them for years & just had another quick, easy, efficient cleaning with Mike & Alex on our living room rug to remove a puppy oops spot - all gone! Thanks for always putting plastic & foam blocks to protect my custom wood table & sofa legs & doing exactly what I asked with no upsell-it looks GREAT!

AND they wipe up the water around the edge of the rug on the tile without me pointing it out - Thanks! (These little things & the constant upselling by other companies is why I stick w/K & M).

They have also cleaned my tile & grout, upholstery, driveway & many other things at several homes, always a great, no hassle, professional job! If something is wrong, they will fix it-Ken is great about this.

I have been using K&M for several years. I've been satisfied enough to keep using them, but it's always been a trade-off between value and convenience.

Scheduling is always an issue. They start the day mostly on-track, but as the day progresses, so do the likely delays. You would think that a four-hour window should be makeable (though inconvenient to me), but the last time they didn't even make it by 9PM. They did call with apologies and promises to promptly reschedule me, but it never happened.

But if money is more important than your time, they do offer some good deals. But make sure that you do your research and select and book a coupon deal when you schedule. If you wait until they arrive, you lose your advantage; they are good at upselling.

As for the carpet cleaning itself, they do a good job; courteous and thorough. I've found that your satisfaction has more to do with what you give them to work with and your expectations. After all, it is just carpet cleaning.

Excellent work and professional demeanor. Dylan was the technician and he went all out to be sure my dryer performed better after he had cleaned out the hose and vent than we he and his helper arrived. He was knowledgeable and helpful.
