Ginger Allure MedSpa

Three years later and I'm still a huge fan! Grayce is one of the best injectors in Texas. Sadly I'm moving back to my hometown, I would truly considering flying back for my lip touch ups!

The guy remarking below is the one that was numbing my face in the waiting room. Talk about rushing! Again, why would I let them work on my face again? Seriously! And why would I let them get thousands off of me if I had known the procedure was only going to lift a mm or two? That's why I am upset. Accept what you did....

Do not let this place work on your face. I would venture to say most of the 5 star posts on here are written by their friends. I had never been to a med spa so I was naive about the whole thing. They rushed me through the whole process. The guy that works up front was putting numbing cream on my face before I ever went back to the procedure room. I did not have time to read the forms that they have you sign. Do not let them work on your face before reading the forms. There are multiple forms and some are 10 pages long. They will not refund you if the work they do is crappy. Even though they don't seem like it, they will later throw it up in your face that you signed a form saying blah, blah, blah, if you are not happy with what they did to you. Boo Hoo. I'm a small business owner which you're going to remain with the work you do and the policies that you have. Why would someone spend more money to have you work on their face again once you have messed it up? They told me there was time to do all of the procedures I wanted in an hour (I didn't know any better) so they were both (Gracie and Paris) working around each other on my face in a small, cramped room to get everything done quickly. Big mistake. I now have the end of a PDO thread poking up into my skin about an inch above where the original incision point was made at below my brow line. It doesn't take a lot of common sense to know that that is not going to somehow lift your brow again in a few more weeks. Needless to say with this thread giving way, my eyebrow has fallen back downwards. I also had them do threading to lift the corners of my mouth. Again, the corners are back where they were at before the threading. If this procedure is going to only lift by 1 or 2 mm's, I wouldn't have spent thousands of $'s to have it done. They did not make me aware of that. They were trying to fast to make a fast buck. I also had filler put in below my eyes on the first and second visit to the spa. Before I even left the second time, Paris was trying to press down the ridges and uneven knots below my eyes, that she had created with the filler. I still have them and they show up even worse when you put makeup on. Be very leery of this place. I dropped $7,200, including tips, at this place for basically nothing. I am in the process of disputing most of the charges.

Grace is an absolute pro. The MedSpa is so clean and inviting. I would never trust anyone else with my face!

I appreciate how Grace explains everything very thoroughly and has a medical background, so she REALLY knows what she's doing. She also never tries to oversell her clients, and she is very honest.

I wish I had the same experience that most of the others have had. Up until going to ginger allure I had never looked into any kind of fillers or Botox, etc. so I did my research and was excited to have found ginger allure. Grace seemed so knowledgeable and on my first appointment really explained everything in detail. I was very pleased with the results. However, on my second visit, I was put into a treatment room and left there for 30 minutes past my appointment time with no effort from the staff to assure me or keep me informed as to why grace was so late. She finally arrived, I got my work done and was pleased. So I decided to give them another try for a 3rd visit. She was late, again. With zero explanation or reassurance from her or her staff. I didn't wait 30 minutes this time. I left! My time is valuable too! Why do you have a late policy if you can't follow it yourself??

When I walked through the door at Ginger Allure med spa a year ago I had botched lips, wrinkles and a misgiving option on med spas all together. I didn't trust anyone with my face anymore but I was desperate. Grayce thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with my previous work and how she was going to fix it. I was confident in her from that start but she still blew me away. She doesn't cut corners or upsell you and force you to buy large amounts of filler or Botox banks that you don't need. She does what's best for you even if that means telling you no to something altogether. She will decide what rout you should go and explain why, even if it has a lesser profit in her pocket. She genuinely cares about your results, not just now but in the long run. She transformed me and I will never go anywhere else.

I have gone to grace for maybe two years or three. Today she went above beyond cause I am in love with my face. I have gotten lip fillers, kybella and now The threads and she just makes wonders. She explains everything very well and she is fast and just so skilled. The staff are all sweet too. Thank y'all

I would not recommend this place. It was my first time getting under eye fillers by Grayce and I had the worse experience of my life. She treated me very cold and did not explain the procedure at all. When she injected me it was with a stab and it was very painful my left eye went blurry. She couldn't be bothered by my concerns because she was training the front desk as well so I was rush out. She was in such a rush she never had me sign a release for treatment form. I was texting after letting her know that I had big bumps under my eyes that were not there before and even after the bad treatment that I got from her I went back exactly three weeks so she can see for herself the bad job she did but before I was seen by her she sent someone in to take pictures of my face using a bright flash so my face looked flawless because of that flash and she compared the results to the bright pictures she had just had them take of me and not of my actual in person face. I told her look at me it does not look like the pictures you just took but she continued to be rude. When I explained to her that the day of the procedure she was rude and had not explained anything to me her response to me was I'm not everyone's cup of tea ( her own words). I paid almost 1000.00 dollars that day I did not deserve the treatment I got. I gave one star because it would not let me right the review without it but I would not give any stars at all if given the choice. After reading your response that you were recording me now it makes since why you stood in front of me and lied about what happened the day of my appointment. And I never signed a dermal filler consent form. Here is what my bill was. You are bipolar you act nice on text but that day you and I know that you rushed me. And you didn't explain to me the risk involved. You were to busy training the front desk lady that I was never given a release form to sign for dermal fillers. No way. I will pay for a lie detector test to prove what I am saying is true. This is what I payed. Omg what a night mare I can't believe you call yourself professional.

I've been seeing Grayce for a year now and I'm so happy with my experience. She's so knowledgeable and skillful. Ever since my first consultation, she has taken her time to go over my areas of concern and has addressed how we can treat them. She's never pushy and she is super upfront about costs. I love how responsive they are over texts before and after a procedure which makes me feel at ease putting my skin in her hands. If you're looking for a medspa that is professional, clean and reliable, look no more.

The atmosphere is always relaxing and everyone is so helpful. Grayce walks you through every step, is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she takes pride in her work.

Let's just put it this way- I'm so glad I started injectables at Ginger Allure, rather than having to come to them to fix someone else's work.. Which they can also do!
