I needed a lawyer to help me with my probate. He called me on 01/09/23 and I said, I would like to hire him. Even after what he told me put me in tears.
He didn't have a sweet bedside manner, but seemed to know what he was talking about.
He never sent me an email to sign up with him as of 01/12/2023.
I guess I'll have to find a new lawyer. Probably, for the best.

My attorney is returning so asked for a recommendation and he recommended thus law firm.
After three phone calls no one ever responded!

Jason costs me thousands of dollars by not paying attention to the details. There were times when I was not sure if he was more interested in my spouse or me. My spouses lawyer ran circles around him. Maybe he'll do a better job if you pay him by the email, but the flat fee option is crap. Ended up paying nearly as much because he simply didn't pay attention to simple basic stuff. Shame on me for trusting the would.

We wanted to update some business paperwork and decided to bring the info to Partney Law Offices. Nothing needed to be changed or notarized. And we were not charged a fee for their time. We found Mr. Partney to be very personable and informative. We highly recommend him.

I had hired another Austin area lawyer who had promised me she would help me with my divorce step by step and with "thorough" communication. Dealing with her was completely frustrating and I felt I was completely on her back burner. Thank Goodness I called Jason Partney! He was absolutely terrific! Both he and Katie (his assistant) are excellent communicators! Jason took over my case effortlessly and went through everything with me. He walked me page by page through the decree and made sure I completely understood and agreed with everything. He gave great advice and I could completely tell he had my back and wanted the best for me. He dealt with the opposing counsel very quickly and effectively and always talked to me prior to responding and always copied me on the communication. If you are feeling completely overwhelmed with the process of getting divorced (like I was) I am promising you Jason is your guy! He and Katie will be there for you! Mr. Partney is a fantastic lawyer. I went to him as a father with very little objective leverage in a divorce case, but I knew the kids would be safer full time with me. He helped me work through my arguments and collect evidence supporting my position, and the end result was that I obtained primary right to designate our children's residence. The kids are much happier and safer as a result of this and we're very grateful to Mr. Partney.
