      My minivan went completely crazy on a cold and dark Tuesday night. The red battery light was glaring, dashboard indicators were blinking on and off like they were haunted, and my transmission seemingly forgot how to transmiss. I limped off of Mays, barely reaching a parking spot at Advance Autoparts just before closing.

      The guys instantly tested my battery (dead, despite being nearly new) and then tested my alternator. The alternator was kaput. This was not a good situation for a Tuesday night with my son practicing soccer across the street. They gave me advice and quickly swapped in a fully-charged loaner battery that would get us safely home and to a mechanic in the morning.

      The guys at this Advance Auto saved me from a difficult situation and helped my son and i get home. They went above and beyond with helpful and courteous service when we were in a bind. They've earned my business and my gratitude.

      I stopped at this location after I had some issues with my car starting after leaving another store. I had already called my dealership set an appointment, but decided stop here first and at least get my battery tested. The young lady came outside with the necessary equipment but it seemed like she kept having an issue with putting the cables On the battery. She moved them around at least five times and then she told me that it would not print out the summary. She really did not seem confident in knowing what she was doing. she said that is showing that it is not the battery. She went on to tell me that most likely at the alternator or something.So I let her jump start my car and I left and proceeded to my dealership.

      When I got there it was a totally different story. When I tested the battery they show that there was a dead sale within the battery.It was the battery the whole time I got a new battery and I haven't had any problems since.

      Advance auto on Mays Need to ensure that every employee is trained appropriately.

      Good place if you know what you need ahead of time . A repair shop gave me a quote on suspension repair . By using the online promo code , I was able to save $30 on the same Moog parts the repair shop was using .

      Stopped at the convenience store across the street from this location, and when I got back in the car, it wouldn't start. So, I went over to Advance Auto Parts. Ramon S. went above and beyond to help me. He walked over to my car, tested the battery, confirmed it was dead, sold me a new, and installed it in less than 30 minutes. This was around 5pm, so it was pretty hot outside. He provided great service, and I'll shop there again as a result of this experience.

      yesterday I was driving home and noticed my car steaming form under the hood. I stop at this store to check and saw that my radiator had failed and was leaking. I was in a rush and went inside and purchased a new radiator. I then limped the car home and started to work on the car. upon installing the new one I realized that the radiator was wrong so I called and talked to Brian. I had the correct part number but the incorrect radiator was in the box. Brian quickly tracked down the radiator I needed and sent a driver to pick it up. I couldn't go anywhere because my car was all apart and he even had his driver bring the correct radiator to my house. Thanks a bunch

      Save yourself the aggravation of coming over here. Understaffed, have no idea of customer service. Plain ridiculous. When I walked in someone was fussing, that should have been the sign to walk back out. Ugh!!

      I needed 5W-30 synthetic oil and the gentleman behind the counter took me right to the different brands. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Doesn't get easier.

      I almost broke down right in front of their store. They were very professional & although my truck need costly replacements, I walked out smiling because they were so friendly. I really appreciate them on what WAS such a rotten day. Not anymore tho.
